rhubarb rhubarb

Rhubarb can be the secret exotic ingredient to turn average into OUTRAGEOUSLY GOOD!

Summer fruits are in full flush, and preserving is well underway. If you're inclined to make jam, you can use rhubarb to extend a small harvest of something precious, eg a few punnets of mulberries from the neighbours, a bucket of peaches from the other neighbours (both genuine occurrences this year!). Simply add rhubarb to your favorite jam recipe. It goes really well with all berries, strawberries especially, peaches, plums, nectarines, apples . . . and probably a whole lot more.

Rhubarb - is there anything you can't do?

I made rhubarb and raspberry jam the other day - so so good!
