Easter is coming!

I'm always conflicted about giving people eggs for Easter. Eggs are a quintessential Spring symbol of new life, and here in the southern hemisphere, Easter occurs as the Autumn coolness is beginning to be felt and growing things start to slow down and store up energy for winter.
Still, chocolate is good in cool weather . .. by the fire . . . and can provide energy for some Autumn leaf-gathering and compost making! And as long as we eat plenty of fruit and vegies too, so abundant in this harvest season, a little bit of sugar and fat wont hurt!
